Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) firm advised on a M&A transaction involving ALBIS Distribution GmbH & Co. KG and Sukhesh Global Ventures LLP, who entered into a 50/50 strategic cooperation to establish a leading independent distributor of engineering plastics in India. The deal was structured through a Share Subscription Agreement, with ALBIS and SGV jointly investing in the newly incorporated company. This transaction strengthens ALBIS’s footprint in the Indian market and represents a significant cross-border investment in the engineered plastic distribution sector.
