Supreme Court Collegium recommends 17 names for appointments in 2 High Courts

On 19-8-2025, the Supreme Court Collegium led by CJI B.R. Gavai, made the following recommendations for appointment of Judges in several High Courts

Permanent Judges:

Following Judges were recommended as Permanent Judges of Gauhati High Court

2. Justice N. Unni Krishnan Nair

Additional Judges

1. Justice Kaushik Goswami, Additional Judge Gauhati High Court for a fresh term of one year with effect from 10-11-2025.
