CAM acted as legal counsel to Cactus Partners Fund I (as the lead investor) on their series A investment round of Brandworks Technologies Private Limited, a fast-growing electronics R&D and manufacturing company which successfully raised approx. $7 million with participation from Cactus Partners Fund I (as the lead investor), Gujarat Venture Finance Limited (GVFL), Legacy Assets LLP and the Hira Group.
