SC Collegium recommends appointment of 2 Judicial Officers as Judges of Patna HC

On 24-9-2024, the Supreme Court Collegium recommended the names Shashi Bhushan Prasad Singh, and Ashok Kumar Pandey.

On 24-9-2024, the Supreme Court Collegium comprising of Dr Justice DY Chandrachud, CJI, Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice BR Gavai resolved to recommend

Shashi Bhushan Prasad Singh, and Ashok Kumar Pandey, Judicial Officers, be appointed as Judges of the High Court of Judicature at Patna. Their inter se seniority be fixed as per the existing practice.
