Khaitan & Co acted as the Legal Counsel to the Company and the Selling Shareholders in relation to initial public offer of equity shares of Baazar Style Retail Limited consisting of fresh issue aggregating to INR 1,480.00 million and offer for sale aggregating to INR 6,866.75 million.
