ABOUT ADR ASSOCIATION

The Alternate Dispute Resolution Association of School of Law, UPES is constituted with the purpose to facilitate and promote alternate dispute resolution mechanisms and develop and enhance skills required in Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation. The Association has been effortlessly working towards raising community and campus awareness and constantly providing a platform for alternate dispute resolution tournaments all over India.

ABOUT IXTH CLIENT COUNSELLING COMPETITION

Client Counselling is a notable skill not only needed in dispute resolution but also in our day-to-day life. Hence, this event will serve as a golden opportunity for all the students to hone their skills. With this event, we aim to promote and spread awareness about the various methods of alternate modes of resolution. It would be our honour to collaborate with your esteemed organisation for the IXth National Client Counselling Competition.

The purpose of the Client Counselling Competition is to provide law students with a pedagogical opportunity to develop the skills required to conduct an effective initial interview and intake process with new clients through role-playing. The competition will be conducted online on March 16 and 17, 2024, and in person on April 06 and 07, 2024.

We would be delighted to have SCC Online / EBC on board as a Knowledge Partner as this event would prove to be a great way to engage law students all over India in this exciting field of ADR. Your involvement would not only enhance the competition but also provide an excellent platform for networking and visibility within the legal community. Given your esteemed reputation, we are eager to explore the possibility of collaborating with you for this event.
