About the Competition

MNLU Nagpur, after two successful editions of its prestigious flagship moot court competition, proudly announces the third edition of the National Technology Law Moot Court Competition in March 2024. In this edition, the competition returns in a physical format, welcoming teams from law schools across the country. The competition is structured in a way that ensures rigorous selection, beginning with a memorial qualification round leading to the selection of the top 20 teams in the oral rounds. In the oral rounds held on the magnificent campus of MNLU Nagpur, the selected teams argue their cases before a panel of prominent judges who possess expertise in the field of technology law. Continuing the theme from the previous editions, this year’s competition delves into the intriguing intersection between FEMA, cryptocurrency, and data protection. Our goal is to spark captivating discussions and promote advocacy in this ever-dynamic legal field.
