The Indian Law Institute is pleased to announce “The Indian Law Institute CLEA-MILAT Research Mentoring Programme (RMP) 2022”. The Research Mentoring Programme (RMP) envisions equipping the young educators and researchers with skills that will enable them to contribute towards enhancing the legal education and research. It aims to foster in them, an enhanced acumen for academic enquiry in the field of law and enable them to create institutional infrastructure best suited for developing research-intensive curriculum in legal pedagogy.

The RMP would provide ample opportunity for young teachers and researchers not only to get hands-on experience of research but also to interact with their senior law fraternity members, discuss issues, share experiences and learn more.

About the Programme:

The RMP, as a premium research program, has a limited capacity of maximum 50 participants, where admission is purely based on a standardised selection procedure. The expected outcome of the RMP includes the better understanding of legal research, familiarity of methods and methodologies and enhancement of the writing skills.

The RMP will span over a course of 8-10 weeks, which will include detailed academic inputs and assistance extended by expert resource persons. The RMP will be conducted in three phases; the First Phase — Preparatory Training (October 31st 2022‐ November 06, 2022- Physical mode) Second Phase — Beginning of Research (Distance mode) and Third Phase — Project Writing & Testing the Data (Distance mode).

Experienced and dedicated resource persons would be associated with this programme to continually interact and guide the participants. The RMP in the end will have an evaluation and feedback of the final projects submitted by the participants..
