About Sambhav Initiative :
Sambhav initiative is a PAN India initiative to promote , facilitate and encourage the people to utilize various methods of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). It also provides free legal aid services, works towards shattering mental health taboos, endeavours to achieve Goal 16 of SDG (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) and raising legal awareness with the mission of Reach out , Rapport and Rescue. Sambhav Initiative, firmly believes that education is the mightiest weapon that can be used to change the shape of the nation.The Initiative is aiming to become the voice of the vulnerable, unseen or unheard. About the Speakers :
1. Mr. Sriram Panchu, Senior Advocate and Senior Meditator
Mr. Sriram Panchu is a Senior Advocate .In March 2019, he was appointed on a three-member panel to mediate the Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute. Mr. Panchu is a member of the National Legal Services Authority of India, (NALSA) and President of the national association Mediators India. He has served as a Director of the International Mediation Institute (IMI) .He was appointed by the Supreme Court of India to mediate significant public disputes; this includes a border dispute between the States of Assam and Nagaland, and a dispute within the Parsi community in Bombay over a ban on priests.
2. Mr. Madhvendra Singh, (FCIArb) CDR, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India
He is a senior officer of the Indian Navy who is with the Ministry of External Affairs for strategic Diplomacy and international affairs. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators ,United Kingdom . He is an alumnus of IIT Delhi, Queen Mary University of London, Yeosu Academy of Law of the Sea South Korea and Naval War College.
