State of Telangana extends COVID-19 control orders till 7th June; Lockdown provisions in containment zones to continue till 30th June [Read Orders]

Labour Employment Training & Factories (Labour-II) Department of the State of Telangana issued a Government Order (GO Rt. No. 194) to notify that all COVID-19 control orders issued vide GO Rt. No. 182 (issued by LET&F Department, dated 20-5-2020) that were given effect upto 31^st May 2020 are extended upto 7^th June 2020, subject to the relaxations given and conditions imposed therein.

It was further notified that no shops/establishments, except hospitals and pharmacies, will remain open after 8 p.m.

This decision by the Labour Employment Training & Factories (Labour-II) Department was taken pursuant the order issued by General Administration Department on 31^st May 2020 (GO Ms. No.72), vide which the General Administration Department had extending the lockdown period upto 7^th June 2020.

Also, in respect of the Containment Zones, provisions of lockdown order, which are currently in force as per GO Ms. No. 68 dated 18^th May 2020 issued by the General Administration Department, shall stand extended till 30^th June 2020.
