The HNLU Corporate Law Society pleased to announce a Webinar on the topic “Distribution of Resolution Proceeds: A dichotomy of Financial and Operational Creditors”. The panelist for the session is Ms. Kiran Sharma, Associate at Argus Partners, Kolkata.
Ms. Sharma is a qualified company-secretary and a lawyer. Her area of practice includes corporate and commercial disputes and she regularly appears before different benches of the NCLT and in the NCLAT. She also holds a wide experience particularly in the insolvency disputes and has been instrumental in the CIRP of Adel Landmarks Limited (Group Insolvency), Videocon Industries Limited and Synergies Dooray Automotive Limited, which was the first insolvency application under IBC among others.
