This year the 58th Edition of Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition 2017, the most prestigious international moot court competition, was organised from  9th to 15th April, 2017 in Washington DC. Its a matter of immense pride as the National Law University Odisha team representing India in Jessup finished as the Semi-Finalists by making it to the Top 4 of the World Round. Congratulations to the team of NLUO comprising of Aditya Laddha, Ranjeev Khatana, Debayan Gupta and Aman pandey representing India.
The four teams to qualify for the Semi Finals were: Australia, Canada, India and Jamaica out of which Australia and Jamaica qualified for the finals. It’s for the first time in the history that 2 Indian teams had qualified for the round of the Top 8 of Jessup, the other Indian team to qualify being NLIU, Bhopal.

  • Please go to the University’s website, you will find better photographs, recent as well. It is high time to say bid adieu to the old, temporary campus, photographs.
