Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Novo Tellus Capital Partners (“Novo Tellus”), an existing shareholder of Tessolve Semiconductor Private Limited (“Tessolve”), a Hero Electronix-backed semiconductor engineering services company, in connection with Vector Line Capital ’s USD 75 million investment in Tessolve.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas had previously also advised Novo Tellus on its ~USD 40 million initial investment in Tessolve in 2021 and in connection with TPG’s ~USD 150 million investment in Tessolve in 2025.
