Khaitan & Co advised Iconic Property Developers Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Suraj Estate Developers Limited, in relation to the redevelopment of The Tadeshwar Wadi Co-operative Housing Society and Amol Co-operative Housing Society, collectively comprising 90 (ninety) members and situated on a land parcel admeasuring approximately 2,942 square metres in Mahim, Mumbai. The engagement included advising on and negotiating the transaction documents and conducting legal due diligence.
