On 23 June 2026, the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) issued a notification nominating Archana Pathak Dave, Additional Solicitor General of India and Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, as a Member of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (SCLSC).
The nomination has been made under Section 3A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, read with the relevant provisions of the National Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Rules, 2000 and the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Regulations, 1996.
