CAM advised in relation to the qualified institutions placement of Blue Jet Healthcare Limited aggregating to ₹ 8,000.00 million (“QIP”). The QIP was undertaken to ensure compliance with the minimum public shareholding as prescribed under the Securities Contracts (Regulations) Rules, 1957.
