Mumbai | April 30, 2026: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as legal counsel to ICICI Prudential Office Yield Optimiser Fund AIF — II, a fund managed by ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (“IPru”), in relation to their acquisition of  two Grade-A office properties namely EcoWorld 21 (Bengaluru) and RMZ Edge (Pune), from the RMZ Group, for a composite deal value of approximately 2,600 crore (USD 312 million).
