Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised and assisted Standard Chartered Bank in bid process sale of their Unit admeasuring approximately 27,003 square feet (carpet area) equivalent to 28,516 square feet (net usable area) being the entire 6th floor in the building known as Crescenzo Business District (“Building”) (formerly known as Parinee Crescenzo) situated on leasehold land bearing Plot Nos. C-38 and C-39, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai 400051 along with the right to use 27 car parking spaces.
