KSM National Moot Court Competition 2025 will be held from 7th to 8th November 2025 at Kamkus College of Law, Ghaziabad. The competition is centered on the theme “Cyber Harassment, Virtual Conduct, and Criminal Accountability,” exploring the critical intersections of digital behavior, online gaming environments, cyber crime, and the evolving contours of criminal liability in virtual spaces.

About the Event:

KSM National Moot Court Competition 2025 will be held from 7th to 8th November 2025 at Kamkus College of Law, Ghaziabad. The competition is centered on the theme “Cyber Harassment, Virtual Conduct, and Criminal Accountability,” exploring the critical intersections of digital behavior, online gaming environments, cybercrime, and the evolving contours of criminal liability in virtual spaces. Conducted in offline mode, the event promises to be an engaging platform where law students from across India will demonstrate their advocacy skills and engage in intellectually rigorous debates on contemporary issues.

Eligibility: Open to students pursuing a five-year integrated B.A.LL.B./B.Com. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B. or a three-year LL.B. course at universities/institutions recognized by the BCI and UGC.

Team Composition: Each team shall consist of 2 Speakers and 1 Researcher.

A maximum of 1 team per institution is allowed.

Registration: Teams must register by filling in the Google Form https://forms.gle/edqJA5QSe54zZFz89 before 25th October 2025.

Registration Fee: ₹1500/ (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) per team.
