Relaxation for renewal of notary practice certificate beyond six months from expiry vide Notaries (Second Amendment) Rules, 2022
The Central Government has notified Notaries (Second Amendment) Rules, 2022 in order to amend Notaries Rules, 1956. The amendment inserts a proviso
