SEBI amends SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015; mandatory listing requirement rationalised for non-convertible debt securities
SEBI has amended Regulation 62-A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, simplifying the mandatory listing requirement by restricting it to debt securities issued after a listed entity’s debt securities have been listed on a stock exchange.
