MP High Court directs State Bar Council, Bar Association to create guidelines for minimum stipend to be paid to junior advocates
The Court remarked that, “State Bar Council being regulatory body has the heavy burden to see that junior advocates are paid stipend for maintaining their expenses and transportation.”
