Khaitan & Co. advised on Dilip Buildcon Limited’s proposed divestment of a 49% equity stake in ten special purpose vehicles to Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP, involving a 1,363 MW (AC) solar portfolio across Madhya Pradesh, with an estimated enterprise value of ₹6,829 crore.
