Supreme Court: The Supreme Court Lawyers Welfare Trust (SCLWT) announced the people selected for the JS Verma Fellowship 2026 Edition, namely, Archita Nigam, Surabhi Vaya, and Mallika Agarwal.
The SCLWT congratulated the fellows and expressed their confidence in them to carry forward the proud tradition of past fellows and contribute to the legal practice in the Supreme Court. The Trust further expressed its gratefulness for the chairman, Justice (Retd.) Aftab Alam, as well as Senior Advocate CU Singh, Senior Advocate Ragenth Basanth, Senior Advocate Gopal Sankaranarayan, Mamta Kachwaham, Vrinda Bhandari, Nikhil Singhvi, Pallav Mongia, Jaikriti S. Jadeja, Adit Pujari, and Sanaya Nariman, who contributed to the appointment process.
The SCLWT also thanked SCC, Bar & Bench, and LiveLaw for supporting the fellowship.
Lastly, the Trust expressed its regard for the young lawyers of the Supreme Court who inspired everyone with their idealism, zeal, and achievements.
