Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Peak XV Partners, in relation to its minority investment, in Prayaan Capital Private Limited, which is registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company-Investment and Credit Company with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”), pursuant to a share subscription agreement and shareholders’ agreement.
CAM’s role involved, structuring the transaction, documentation, negotiations, legal due diligence, transaction execution and closing.
