Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Deutsche Bank AG and Axis Bank Limited (as the Arrangers and Initial NCDs Holders) in relation to connection with the issuance by GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (Issuer) of listed, rated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures having a nominal value of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) each, aggregating up to INR 2100,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand and One Hundred Crores only).
