Delhi High Court: In a resolution dated 16-02-2026, the Delhi High Court Bar Association (“DHCBA”) strongly condemned the inhuman and brutal action of the Gurugram Police and stated that the DHCBA stood in complete solidarity with its member, Advocate Satyajeet Ganguly.
The DHCBA received a representation on 12-02-2026 from the Advocate regarding manhandling and assault suffered by him on that date at the hands of Gurugram Police personnel from Sector 56 Police Station.
The resolution further stated that the DHCBA shall take up this issue separately with the authorities concerned to seek strict police action against the erring police officials.
