ADR Research Paper Writing Competition 2026

ADR Society, Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, in association with Corporate Legal Partners, New Delhi, is organising the 1st ADR Research Paper Writing Competition, 2026, on the theme “Contemporary Challenges in International Commercial Arbitration in India.” At a time when ADR mechanisms are increasingly shaping the future of dispute resolution, both domestically and internationally, this Competition aims to promote academic engagement and develop critical understanding about ADR, particularly in international commercial arbitration.

The Competition provides an excellent opportunity for students to:

· Develop research and writing skills in a specialized and growing field of law

· Gain early exposure to contemporary arbitration practices and challenges

· Engage with issues of international relevance impacting India’s arbitration regime

· Contribute meaningfully to academic discourse on ADR and its expanding scope

The Competition is open to all bonafide students enrolled in full time LL.B. (3 year or 5 year) programmes across recognized law universities and institutions in India. Participation is free of cost, and joint authorship (up to two authors) is permitted.
