Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM“) advised (i) Juspay Technologies Private Limited on its Series E fundraising from WestBridge Capital; and (ii) VEF AB (publ) on partial sale of their stake in Juspay to WestBridge. A few other existing shareholders of the Company also participated in the secondary transaction.
