Uber India Systems Private Limited (“Uber”) is an existing shareholder of Everest Fleet Private Limited (“Company”) and has acquired additional convertible instruments in the Company. The Company is a fleet operator and one part of its business entails onboarding cabs exclusively on the Uber portal. We assisted Uber with the diligence as well as the drafting and negotiations for the transaction documents.
