On 15-01-2026, the Delhi High Court issued a notification pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Full Court in its meeting held on 22-12-2025. As per the notification, the first and third Saturdays of every month shall be designated as Court sitting days. This decision has been taken with the objective of expediting hearings and reducing case pendency, thereby strengthening judicial efficiency.
The notification was issued by the Registrar General and circulated to all departments, judicial officers, and bar associations concerned for information.
