Mumbai | 9th January 2026: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (“SAM”) advised Eloquent Info Solutions Private Limited, operating the technology-driven recruitment platform WorkIndia, in connection with its USD 10.8 million Series B investment round.
WorkIndia operates in the HR technology space, focusing on large-scale, technology-enabled recruitment solutions for India’s blue and grey-collar workforce. The investment is expected to support the company’s growth, product expansion and scale-up across key markets.
The SAM team advised on the transaction comprised Manish Gupta (Partner); Rashi Singh (Principal Associate); Deepti Verma (Senior Associate); and Mannshree Sikchi (Associate).
