CAM has advised Cactus Partners Fund I on its investment in Series B funding round of Intangles Lab Private Limited. Intangles, a physics-enabled Predictive AI for vehicles and uses IoT and AI-based solutions to provide vehicle health monitoring to original equipment manufacturers and fleet operators using digital twin solutions, has raised approx. USD 30 million in Series B funding led by Avataar Venture Partners, with follow-on investments from Baring Private Equity India and Cactus Partners.
CAM had also advised Cactus Partners Fund I on its first Intangles Lab Private Limited participating in the Pre-Series B funding with Baring Private Equity India.
