AIBE is conducted to assess the capability of law graduates to practice law professionally. Passing the AIBE is mandatory for obtaining a Certificate of Practice (CoP), which allows advocates to appear in courts across India.

Eligible Candidates for AIBE-XX (2025)1:

Final-Year LL.B. Students (Without Backlogs):

Must be in the final semester of a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course.

Must be studying at a BCI-recognised university or college.

Must not have any backlogs from previous semesters.
