(SAM) successfully represented PMI Electro Mobility Solutions Ltd., one of India’s leading e-bus manufacturers, in a high-stakes dispute before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court — wherein the Hon’ble High Court quashed CESL’s order cancelling PMI’s successful bids in the ‘PM e-Bus Seva’ tender — concerning over 700 e-buses with total worth approximately Rs. 3700 Crores.
The SAM team was involved in involved in advising PMI on litigation strategy, drafting court pleadings, and representing the client through all stages of the proceedings.
