Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) is pleased to welcome Harshita Srivastava, who has joined the Firm as a Partner, in the General Corporate Practice in Mumbai.
Harshita has over 16 years of extensive experience, specialising in advising and representing clients on private equity investments, exits, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
She was a member of the SEBI Committee instituted in 2018 for the setup of the Innovative Growth Platform (a listing platform for startups) in India. Prior to joining SAM, Harshita was the Co-Head of the Private Equity and M&A Practice at Nishith Desai Associates, Mumbai.
