Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised Tatvartha Health Private Limited (Traya) and its Promoters on Series B CCPS investment by Xponentia Opportunities Fund II for a stake of 6.68% in Traya for a value amounting to approximately INR 75 crores).
