During the suspension period, Vinay Singhal’s headquarters will remain at the office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge (HQs), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

The order further stipulates that Vinay Singhal cannot leave Delhi without obtaining prior permission from the competent authority.

The Court has directed that Vinay Singhal will receive subsistence allowance and other admissible allowances during his suspension period.
