CLPR is a student-edited, peer-reviewed, bi-annual journal, functioning under faculty supervision, and is committed to promoting rigorous, interdisciplinary legal scholarship. The journal provides a platform for critical engagement with the evolving dimensions of contemporary law and policy.
For the forthcoming issue, the journal adopts an open-theme approach. Submissions are invited from all branches of law, including those engaging with socio-legal and policy-oriented questions, provided they address contemporary legal challenges and offer original insights.

Copyright Clause
Copyright of all accepted submissions shall vest exclusively with CLPR, MNLU Nagpur. Authors will be required to submit a copyright declaration form upon acceptance.
