February 16, 2025, Mumbai: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Eversource Capital (“Fund”) and its portfolio company, Radiance Renewables Private Limited (“Company”), a renewable energy enterprise in connection with proposed investment in the Company by Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij Voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO) (“FMO”) and Danish Sustainable Development Goals Investment Fund II K/S (“IFU”).
