DBRANLU National Essay Writing Competition

The Centre for Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution (CCMDR), Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonepat, proudly announces the National Essay Writing Competition, 2025 on the theme

“Dispute Resolution in India’s Mineral Resource Sector: Reforms, Challenges & ADR Mechanisms under the MMDR Act, 1957.”

Organised in collaboration with Geology & Mining Associates (GMA) and Babu Jagjivan Ram Institute of Law, this national-level competition offers students an opportunity to explore the intersections of mining regulation, dispute resolution, and alternative justice mechanisms.

Aligned with India’s evolving policy landscape and the growing importance of critical mineral governance, this competition invites participants to engage with real-world conflicts, analyse statutory frameworks, and propose innovative ADR-based solutions.
