(in its capacity as manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust (“MLT”)), HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, which is MLT’s trustee, and the purchasing entity of MLT), in respect of acquisition of an operating logistic/ industrial park in Mumbai, constructed on land aggregately admeasuring 23.53 acres, situated in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra – 421101, through acquisition of an investment holding company and a property holding company from unrelated third parties.
