The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldad (“CAM”) Team advised the Nexus Select Trust (“Nexus REIT”) in its forming of a joint venture with Runwal Enterprises, with respect to the construction and development of a mall in Runwal Garden City, Dombivli, Kalyan (“Mall Asset”).
