USD 400 Million ECB Piramal Finance CAM Advisory

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted as lenders’ legal counsel to a distinguished consortium of leading international and domestic financial institutions, comprising (a) Axis Bank Limited, DIFC Branch; (b) Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Gift City Branch; (c) Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch; (d) Deutsche Bank AG IFSC Banking Unit (IBU); (e) Far Eastern International Bank Ltd., and (f) DBS Bank Ltd., acting through its IFSC Banking Unit (collectively the “Lenders”), in connection with a landmark external commercial borrowing facility of an aggregate amount of up to USD 400,000,000 (United States Dollars Four Hundred Million only), one of the most significant cross-border financing transactions in the Indian NBFC space, extended to Piramal Finance Limited (formerly known as Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited) (“Borrower”) for the purposes of on-lending.
