Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited (“KWIL”) in relation to listing of its equity shares on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, pursuant to the demerger of the ice cream business of Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”) into KWIL in terms of a scheme of arrangement. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas was also the sole transaction counsel to HUL for the demerger and listing of KWIL.
