ASTRAEA: Advocacy. Intellect. Justice.
ASTRAEA is the college’s flagship National Intercollegiate Law Fest, organized since 2013, bringing together law students from across India. The fest features Moot Court, Negotiation & Mediation, Trial Advocacy, Client Counselling, Crime Scene Investigation, and other practice-oriented legal events.
Graced by eminent legal luminaries including Shri Ujjwal Nikam, Justice Sujata Manohar, and Justice Ferdino Rebello, ASTRAEA has evolved into a premier platform for advocacy, learning, and professional collaboration. ASTRAEA 2026 continues this legacy with renewed academic rigor and national participation.

Crime Scene Investigation
A high-intensity investigative challenge where participants act as crime scene investigators, examining evidence, decoding clues, and constructing legally sound narratives. The event tests logical reasoning, attention to detail, and analytical skills, closely mirroring real-world criminal litigation and investigative processes.
NEGOTIATUS: The Legal Bargaining Arena
A practical negotiation competition that immerses participants in client-centric dispute resolution. Representing parties with conflicting interests, students navigate complex scenarios requiring strategy, persuasion, empathy, and consensus-building, offering real insight into negotiations beyond the courtroom.
LEX AUCTION: Under the Gavel
Bid. Brief. Argue.
A dynamic fusion of auction strategy and legal reasoning. Teams bid using mock currency on legal resources such as case laws, doctrines, and constitutional provisions, which then form the sole basis of their arguments on a contemporary environmental issue. The event tests strategy, prioritisation, and persuasive advocacy under constraints.
Moot Court Competition
A flagship advocacy event aimed at honing drafting, research, and courtroom oratory skills. Participants engage in simulated court proceedings, preparing them for professional legal practice.
