Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Uber Technologies, Inc. on its investment in Carrum Mobility Solutions Private Limited (“Carrum”) through its wholly owned under subsidiary, Uber India Systems Private Limited (“Uber”). The investment is contemplated in two tranches. Founded in 2024, Carrum is India’s fastest growing fleet-tech company with a fleet of EV and CNG vehicles operating in various metropolitan cities across India.
