The client — J.P. Morgan Services India Private Limited, as a ‘Lessee’ entered into lease deeds for multiple premises at Prestige Technology Park, Bangalore. The transaction encompasses lease of both East Wing (comprising Phase 1, Phase 1A, and Expansion Space 1 with an aggregate Super Built Up Area of 1,65,929 square feet) and West Wing (comprising floors 1-6 with varying areas totaling approximately 4,48,070 square feet) of Building No. 1, along with corresponding car parking spaces, storage facilities, and other amenities.
