Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Statkraft A.S. (“Statkraft”) in relation to the 100% stake sale of Statkraft’s wholly owned subsidiary, Mandakini Jal Urja Private Limited which is implementing a 76 MW hydroelectric project in Uttarakhand (“Target Company”) to Bhilwara Energy Limited (“Transaction”). The Transaction is subject to fulfilment of customary conditions precedent and necessary regulatory approvals.
