NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad is delighted to announce the 5th Edition of Trilegal’s NALSAR-CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition, 2026. This edition of the much-awaited moot will be held from 12th to 14th March 2026. The moot is the largest Antitrust Moot in India, providing a golden opportunity for all participants to contribute to the development of research and dialogue on emerging issues in competition law.
This edition of the moot is being organized with the collaboration and support of Trilegal, one of India’s most prominent law firms and the eminent Competition Commission of India, along with India’s most prominent legal research database providers, SCC Online and SCC Times, as the Knowledge & Media Partners.

Eligibility:

The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL.B. Degree Courses (3 years/5 years) or LL.M. Postgraduate Degree Courses in any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Applications from Open / Cross-Institutional / Mixed Teams are accepted.

There is no limit on the number of teams applying from one institution.

Interested participants are allowed to participate independently of their institutional identity.
Registration Details:
Teams of 2 (speakers) or 3 (2 speakers and 1 researcher) are welcome to register.

All teams registering for the competition must pay a registration fee of INR 8000 per team before the deadline. This fee and its inclusions will be notified in due course. No separate fee will be levied later.

Prizes:

Winning Team Award: The winning team will receive a Trophy, a cash prize of INR 1,00,000/- three one-year complimentary subscriptions to SCC Online Web Edition worth INR 24,000 each, and a chance at an Internship at Trilegal.

Runners-Up Team Award: The runners-up team will receive a Trophy, a cash prize of INR 50,000/-, and a chance at an Internship at Trilegal.
